It's terrific working with great staff and therapists that put patient care as a top priority in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Jason has the most incredible technique that has broken up so much scar tissue in my knee. I went there for Lyphadema therapy which is a sleeve that goes on my entire led and moves the swelling and makes me able to walk. Jason does so much more than that he makes sure that you work your knee and leg to prevent more swelling and loosens up the knee..I recommend anyone go see Jason if they have the chance. The way Dawn schedules patients you get more one on one time with the therapist..Kudos to the entire team. BHH
Quite honestly, I dreaded knee replacement surgery but I think I dreaded physical therapy even more! When making a decision about where to go for therapy, there were considerations to factor in that I really hadn't given much thought to. Of course I was concerned about the type and quality of the therapy but there was also concern about how will I get there three times a week to be able to take advantage of the next step of recovery. Someone made a suggestion that I should check into the services of Nova Care. I also received a strong endorsement for the the therapist Holly Firuto. That's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! Holly is very attuned to individual needs, designing a program taylored specifically for me. She works side my side with you through this process giving you the one on one experience that is designed for you. She challenges me; one milestone at a time making my recovery her goal, too. I highly recommend both Holly and Savannah for their caring attitude and professionalism. You're in excellent hands if you choose Nova Care.
Katlyn is great. She listens, even though I have a tendency to run my mouth. Attentive to how you feel through the entire session.
I could not be happier with the people and my results from Novacare. I've had PT another place and would choose Kim and Kristin any day.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff . From the receptionists to the P T room . Oh and the therapy is working !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks
