They are the most kind and gentle staff at any physical therapy that I have ever experienced. Every one is very professional and each week I improve a little more, they document all of that with precision measuring tools. They take my life and the fact that I have a hard time getting around and always work around my time if I am late or moving slow. I've been going to Nova care 3 days a week for the past 6 months and I would not still be going if it was not AMAZING!!!
The physical therapists at NovaCare are great! They’re knowledgeable, they take time with each of their patients, they’re all very nice and they work with your schedule. I also love that they talk to each other and share therapy notes so if you need to see a different therapist in the practice, it’s very seamless!
Luci was the best! She took the time to make sure my injury was cared for properly. Luci was attentive to me and spent ample time with me during each appointment. I would definitely recommend Luci for your PT needs.
I've had a great experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation. The staff is very friendly and professional. Mike and his team do a great job of explaining the treatment and plan, and they are genuinely concerned about helping you reach your goals through physical therapy. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I decided to wait until I had completed ten visits with this physical therapist before posting my review. Over the past 18 years, I have had three severe injuries, all requiring me to have extensive physical rehab in order to recover properly. I was always under the impression that rehab was rehab, that they were pretty much all the same. I had always chosen where I went for physical therapy based on convenience and location. A friend of mine, who had recently gone through the same rotator cuff surgery and would not stop insisting that I meet with the physical therapist that he had gone to for his rehab. I took his advice and I have now come to understand that after selecting the right surgeon, choosing the right place to follow up with physical therapy is paramount to completing the recovery process. I can't say enough about Mike Vito and the staff at NovaCare in Lake Orion. They have treated me as if I was their only patient, they have answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in a way that I can comprehend and appreciate. I am very much looking forward to completing my rehab here and getting my physical health back to where it should be...
My first experience with physical therapy. My symptoms are over 90% improved. Clean and friendly environment. Michael Vito knows his stuff! Would highly recommend for both his professionalism and knowledge.
I've been a frequent flyer at Nova Care, Lake Orion for 2.5 years now. I'm an avid pickleball player, and my knees are not cooperating!!! Physical Therapist, Mike Vito got me back playing within a month. I've also fractured my wrist, had my shoulder worked on and finally, total knee replacement, next week! I'm a mess. But...I have every confidence in NovaCare Lake Orion. All three Therapists are outstanding, Mike, Mike & Jenny. During Covid and presently, they are taking all necessary precautions, over and beyond. Masks are required and machines are wiped down before and after each use. Another reason I like this place so much, is the size. Its kind of intimate...good music, not that big...but big enough to get the job done...by the time your therapy is done, you're kinda sad to leave the crew of Therapists and patients who've you've had a connection with over the past 6-8 weeks. ps...Really miss Jenny...Hopefully soon the numbers of patients/clients will increase and she will be back!!!!!
Mike, Mike and Jen have all treated me at different times. They are all extremely skilled and provide excellent physical therapy treatment. They create a friendly and comfortable environment. They explain every step and share their knowledge so you know what do to when treatment ends. I won't go anywhere else.
After having surgery to repair a meniscus repair I started physical therapy with Mike McGough at NovaCare. He was great! He was always on time , always willing to help and he always listened when I had questions. I could only do three weeks of PT, because of prior commitments. Mike made sure that I had the information and exercises to do at home. He greatly improved my mobility in the three weeks I had with him. The facility was always clean, and the staff was always friendly while also being professional. Even though Mike was assigned as my therapist, the others did what ever to help each other out. Thanks everyone, if I ever need therapy again, I'll definitely be back!
I have been going to Novacare Rehabilitation off and on for the past year and couldn’t be happier with the care and treatment that I’ve received. All of the therapists are caring and do a great job. Most of the time I see Mike McGough. He goes over and above to make time for me and to get me back on track when my lower back flares up. It always gets better after my visits. He’s recently been working on my bad shoulder as well and the results have been amazing in a short period of time. I very highly recommend this facility!
