Patient beware ! In trying to get through a certain dept. for a very important examination, I was wondering why the tel.number kept being switched over to an answering machine in trying to re-schedule an appointment. A friend phoned for me on another phone just seconds after and was patched through. Then we phoned on the "blackballed phone number" just seconds after and the answering machine came again. This hospital is able to re-route or block tel. numbers as they want giving priority to patients they only want. Not very ethical and very deceptive !! There is something not right with this hospital. They black-ball patients as they want at their prejudiced convenience.

Went to the Jewish ER last week, literally took a number and was seen immediately by the nurse. Was whisked in the back and was already hooked up to my catheter in less than 15 mins, staff are extremely kind and compassionate and the doctors give exceptional care. From the time I walked in to seeing the doctor was less than an hour total, left the hospital feeling a piece of mind and relaxed. I highly recommend this hospital over others

I like to thank Dr. Stern Errol that works in the emergency room. My poor mother broke her hand last week and I was so worried and nervous about the situation. When I met Dr. Errol, he put me and my mother at ease and everything went well with this unfortunate situation. Thank you again Dr. Errol and we truly appreciate your hard work and the passion you have for you patients. And just as promised, when my mother's hand heals we will bring you and your staff some home made Greek cookies :)

I hurt my knee and wanted to book an appointment with a physiotherapist (I have a prescription) but I was asked to walk to the hospital's office to hand in my 'original' prescription. On top of that, I was told I would be put on the waiting list. Definitely looking for another place to heal my knee.

I had surgery here. It was okay. I mean, I slept through it so it wasn't that exciting or anything. The good news is, I woke up.
