This was such a wonderful place to work with; I communicated to purchase a long distance gift through Adam and he was so understanding, helped me organize exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it picked up, and he was super nice through the whole process and very efficient. When the item was picked up, the other person said the staff were super professional and knew about the special arrangements and she was in and out of there quick! Very very happy and wouldn't hesitate to contact them about a gift again. I only hope to one day visit in person, they have great stuff

Nortons Jewellers were able to design and make my custom ring exactly as I wanted. Dealt with Craig, excellent service from him and the turnaround time was as promised. Highly recommend and will definitely return again for the future.
This was my first visit to Norton’s jewellers! My engagement ring required to repair the ring. They advised it would take 2 weeks. I received a call less than the 2 weeks and the ring was fixed beautifully! The staff are very courteous and welcoming. I would recommend Norton’s not just because of the repair but the people!

Absolutely love the ring Peter made for me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted made and he delivered an exceptionally beautiful ring. I recommend Norton’s for purchase of any of their products, jewelry repairs, and especially for any personally designed pieces you may want created. Peter and his staff are very professional and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
I love to shop at Norton’s! The staff have always been so helpful, during covid went out of the way on a few occasions for me- by sending me pics of current stock on Instagram, allowing me to shop over the phone and do a curb side pickup while their doors were closed to the public. I love that cleaning and repairs take place on site, always very fast turn around time. This shop is a wonderful example of why I choose to shop local!
I spent a little over two weeks texting and talking with Mackenzie about getting an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Through several visits to the store with each time being a long visit, Mackenzie was patient and very helpful through it all! There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process and she did an amazing job ensuring that the band was in on time and the ring was ready to go when I needed it. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would recommend Norton’s to anyone who is looking for any jewelry! Thank you Mackenzie and thank you Norton’s Jewlers!
Had a great experience dealing with Nortons Jewellers. Needed help modifying a ring into pendants and Nortons completed this at a very reasonable price. Would definitely go back to Nortons Jewellers for any future work I need on jewelery. Ask for MacKenzie. She did a great job assisting me!
I was in looking at ladies gold bracelets. WOW, are they ever expensive, very nice but out of my range. Nice sales lady. Have used Norton's a lot in the past to repair jewelry. A few years ago they had to cut off a ring I had dislocated my finger and it was swelling like crazy and never charged for it. So I went back got the ring fixed, did a lovely job!!!!!
