We have a La Pavoni espresso maker that stopped working suddenly. Tony Fruci was extremely helpful with identifying the problem by telephone. Turned out the machine was fine but a 3-prong multiplug was rusted. Thank you Tony for your time and patience to help us sort out the problem.

Very nice unique products and for the most part for servicing coffee machines they are good, but to put up with the attitude isn't worth the trouble

Order an espresso maker mid day on a Friday. It was packed and shipped the same day. Package arrived promptly the following week and was well packed and everything was in perfect order. Pleasure doing business with them.

Great service, incredible products. I've gone to them on numerous occasions and they have always provided me with superior service and items.
