The staff at Northwest Dental Centre are absolutely amazing! I needed a dental implant to replace a crown that had broken off. They made the whole process easy from start to finish. - They explained how everything would work in detail. - Scheduled me for procedures to have everything complete as fast as they could. - Staff were friendly and followed up after every procedure to see how I was recovering. - Brought back my smile with an end product that was better than I would have expected. I would highly recommend NorthWest Dental Centre for procedures big or small. You are in good hands! - Matt
My son has extreme dental anxiety and his previous dentist spent no more than two minutes with him each visit. We got tired of paying so much for so little. We went to another dental clinic and experienced the same poor service and then found Dr. Donnelly. My son had a few cavities to deal with but Dr. Donnelly was amazing with him. He talked to him the whole time and explained what he was doing. It was exactly what my anxious child needed. We are very happy to have found him!
We have been long term with NW Dental have been very pleased over the years and recommend Dr. Donnelly and team. Their team are definitely professional in their work and welcoming at the clinic with the goal of long term patient dental health ! Great job and service to the community !
Have been coming to Northwest Dental for several years. The staff are excellent with prompt courteous service Dr Donnelly has been great to deal with and has even taken care of orthodontic work for our children. What stands out for our family is how we are greeted and made to feel comfortable and welcome upon every visit. Lyn and the front office staff are great! Dr Donnelly is always communicative and very professional with suggestions on how to solve any dental issues that arise including positive feedback when things are going well with our kids! With Northwest Dental we are extremely satisfied with the services provided and will continue to be clients for the foreseeable future.
My dental hygiene appointment was excellent. The hygienist was friendly and encouraging. The reception desk was supportive and amazing as always!
Both hygienist appointments were fantastic! Made me feel relaxed for the entire appointment and we know how scary dentist appointments can be! Great job!!!
Everyone at NW dental are always very welcoming and they all do a great job. I appreciate the preventive maintenance approach that Dr. Donnelly takes with dental care.
That dental office is great and the people working there make you feel like you are family. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.
Dr Donnelly has been my dentist for many years. He and his team’s warmth and professionalism are second to none. I recommend this office unreservedly.
The staff are always wonderful when I, or my family come in for dental services. It's more like seeing friends. Highly recommend this practice!
