Not very prompt at responding to emails. CAPREIT is new owner. Cannot have children's pool any larger than 6" deep X 6 feet across. No facilities for children but 2 swings at rec building. Not family-friendly. Also, cannot have ANY type of fire pit, fire table, chimnea etc.
Called and left a message looking for info on availability and no one has called back. This was over a week ago. If no ne is monitoring calls it would be prudent to have a message stating this. Not sure how to reach a person to obtain info required.
It is a really nice place, very clean community. Everyone seems friendly.
