We don’t think of Cindy Shanks as our Real Estate agent. We think of her as a friend, who happens to really know Real Estate. Who really understands us. And would always tell it like it is. Just like a friend. Importantly, the good and the bad. It’s never just about the sale. It’s always about what’s right for us. And she works really hard to make it so. She gets that, for us, it’s not a house, it’s a home. We’ve bought and sold a lot of houses. All with Cindy. And we’ve never been disappointed. Bob and Kelly.

When my wife and I were looking to move up here to our dream home on Georgian bay from Pickering Ontario about 4 years ago we did not know any real estate agents in the area so I called Mike Seiler. We got lucky because he was the best. He not only patiently took us around for miles along the Georgian Bay waterfront properties on three or four occasions even though we said we probably were not buying for a year or two but made it more fun as it was like hanging out with a friend. His knowledge of what property he thought would suit us best was extremely helpful as he pointed out a few things that we would have missed about certain places. We ended up on Balmy Beach rd in Georgian Bluffs on Georgian Bay in the Home of our dreams. Thank you Mike. A few years later my elderly parents ( in their 80s) decided to move to Owen Sound from Toronto. Once again we called Mike Seiler because as I said he is the best. Again he found them the perfect bungalow close to everything they need and they absolutely love their home and community.
