In a day where customer service seems to be a forgotten art,this small business should get ten stars.I bought a pair of snowshoes and had a warranty issue with them.They gave me a new pair on the spot.Now that is good service but it's the manner it was done.The person cared, which is why I'm writing this.He didn't try to say it was my fault or I abused the product,he was genuine and polite.I have been in business for a long time and seen the big box stores taking more and more shares of the market place, expecially in my business.Ty Northern Sports for the reassurance that little business works and will always have something that the box stores won't. I bought bikes for my grand daughters and had a great experience. They adjusted the bikes handle bars and seats so that it fit my grand daughters small size properly. Highly recommend this store.

Wow, do not like this poor service, they have good bikes, but not good service, I asked for my chain to be put on, the guy said "pay $20 now and I'll put it on in a week" this guy that was working had gotten fired. Just poor service!
