This was the best service I ever got and it was last minute and still they accommodated me with the issue on my sled! Fast and prompt service! Chantal the parts and service girl was unreal! She took the time to find what I was looking for and get it installed right away!! The staff was unbelievable! Thank you so much for the best experience I received! 5 stars all day long!!!!
That's twice now I've been there recently and twice I either had to return to exchange the wrong part for the rite one. Or well in the case of my last purchase which amounted to $300 in SKIDOO drive belts that don't fit properly can't simply exchange them now that they were on the machine for 5min

This place goes over and above for there customers. I have been doing business with them since i moved to Timmins 7 years ago. Time and time again they have gone out of there way to get my toys Serviced and back out riding fast! The staff is very knowledgeable, and Jimmy the in parts department is Amazing! He will take care of you for all of your parts / accessory needs. I recommend seeing Evan C. If your looking to purchase a new toy, his knowledge of the BRP/ Honda lineup will impress. Mike is always around and goes out of his way to greet customers on there way in out and makes sure everyone is happy. If you need service, parts, or new gear this is the place to come.
I bought a boat package from these guys, i also bought a trolling motor and got them to install it for me. After picking up my boat I looked it over and realized that they did a vary unprofessional job hooking up my cables to my battery, and same with my cranking battery , like come on. When I pay good money , I expect them to do it the right and safe way. Do better Mikey’s. There’s more I can say, but I’ll leave it at that’s. I’m just vary glad it didn’t start a fire.
Was sledding from Sudbury to Cochrane when my secondary clutch rollers blew up and was able to limp it to Mikey’s. Even though they were closing soon they were able to help me out and stayed after closing to finish my sled so I wasn’t stranded. Top notch service that goes above and beyond to help out customers. Very much appreciated. Thanks again
Picked my new snowmobile and had Evan as my sales rep. Did a good job showing me the features of my new sled and all in all a good experience. Their parts department is lacking in product knowledge until I was introduced to Jimmy and he took the time to answer my parts questions. Thanks again guys. Pierre P
Travelled to Timmins from Stratford for a snowmobile weekend in early February 2022. On a cold Friday I had trouble with my track delaminating. Although the dealership was crazy busy, they found time to get me into a repair bay and get a fix in place to save the weekend. Can't thank you enough Mike. Friendly, attentive service.
Needed an issue with my SkiDoo looked at. Despite being super busy, Jeremy in Service was super accomodating and squeezed it in. Tech was great. Figured out the issue quickly and despite not having parts to fix it got us back on the snow to finish our trip. The tech and Jeremy clearly communicated my options throughout and were very Professional. Much appreciated! While we were waiting numerous employees, including the owner, stopped to make sure we were taken care of. Great atmosphere.
