This review is about the service I received compared to Fitness Depot in Ottawa.. to start i called Fitness Depot in Ottawa they said they would call me back in a couple hours or so I waited two weeks no call I called back and they gave me the number for Northern Lights so I called them on Friday they directed me to their online purchases through telephone and I made my order and it was now ready today "monday"I got the email and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow in the morning.. Thanks Northern Lights you guys are the best and i can't wait to get your product in my basement and put it to the test!! :) :)

Literally the worst customer service of any company anywhere I have ever experienced. They apparently don't care about their customers and love to make it impossible to assemble legacy products.
