Been coming here since it opened and never had an issue with anything. That is until a current employee, an older women now complains about deadlifts I have hundreds of videos and have been deadlifting since it opened 1x to 2x a week and never had a complaint and I’ve never gotten a complaint from any other staff only her. She purposely walks around the area you are working in till you do the lift and then complains. I don’t drop the weight or bang it down I always control the weight down. I’ve never experienced this at in all my years lifting and is making me consider changing my member ship as well as my sons.

I really enjoyed my overall experience here. Their staff is super sweet and their machine work really well. Very clean and great environment. Loved the tour!

I signed up in March 2017 and haven't had a single issue since then. The place is clean, staff and management are very friendly and the equipment is well maintained. Never had any billing issues.nShowers are available during staffed hours. All that for a rather low fee. I really don't know what else I could ask for.nThanks fit4less :nnUpdate Jan 21, 2024: sadly, this place is no longer in a usable state, at least not for me. It's filthy beyond belief. The gym floor is covered in stains as I write this, and there are pieces of gravel even in the change rooms, which are far away from the entrance area. Even during staffed hours, I frequently see crew members sitting in the office playing with their phones while the gym is covered in dirt. The gym is still the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. I'm done here. There are better options in town.

Great gym, the staff are always friendly and accommodating and they work hard to keep the spaces clean and organized. The weights are always where they should be, plenty of equipment, and frequent upgrades, keeping in mind what equipment is most used and most requested. Even at the 5 o’clock rush, most days I have no problem finding the equipment I need. The members are great too, everyone is kind and helps each other out — I’ve made several friends in the gym.nAnd of course, a great price. I’m very happy with my experience here and won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Thanks for letting me use the massage chairs when I arrived too late!! Super clean and all machines working.
