Had simple flat tire and I did not have a jack to change it myself. They came within 15 min to put on my spare tire. He was very helpful and even offered me an used emergency jack for the future. Very nice and helpful.

During white out conditions on Hwy 11 on January 6th, a tractor trailer jack-knifed across the hwy. Because of the conditions it was hard to see the cars piling up and traffic was still coming! A Tow truck driver from Northern Import Towing risked his own life by warning oncoming cars as he crabed a flare and ran down the side of the Hwy. Cars were warned and he may very well have saved some lives that day, including my daughters! Thank you Doug!!!
