I was locked out of my house in the freezing cold, and Jon came within 10 minutes of my phone call. He was able to fix a snapped key and got me back into a nice warm house in no time at all. Thank you!
Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Friendly and efficient. Opened our door in a jiffy, then fitted two new locks for us - as we have just moved in. No extra charges, despite us calling Jon out at 7am!
I would recommend Active Lock Centre to everyone as John was amazing. He came and got my front door lock sorted. He was polite, professional and so so helpful. Within 15min of our phone call he was here at 7pm in the evening.
Great service from Jon. Moved into a new flat this afternoon and Jon came out to change the locks for us. Friendly and helpful. Always good to use a local locksmith as he knew the area and had no difficulty finding us. Wish I had more locks to change so I could use him again! Thanks again for your prompt service Jon.

Jon attended to my call for help very promptly and fixed the lock problem in a couple of minutes. His charge was very fair. I would certainly call him again for any future issues and recommend him to anyone else.
I would highly recommend, attended really quickly, and went out of of his way to acquire the part we needed to fix our door. Johnathan is really friendly would definitely use again if the need arise.
