The Back 40 is equipped to accommodate 26 people with one master bath, an average bath, a full kitchen and entertaining area, breakfast nook, and back patio.
The Patio behind the back 40 includes an outdoor fire place, and a non stocked tiki bar! The state of the art sound system can accommodate the entire suite as well as the the back patio.
