Northern Dunes Golf Club

Halfway through the season I had my membership cancelled. Here is my complaint registered with the Better Business Bureau. "I would never damage any golf course. No-one replaces their divots or fixes their ball marks more than I do. Brock Urbshott the greenskeeper and the pro shop manager Clark Hepburn had a personal grudge against me and got their revenge by blatantly lying about my damaging the course. I was given zero warnings either verbal or written. The COO of Golf North Properties, Michael Garside took the easy way out for himself by believing their lies instead of even discussing the situation with me and trying to resolve it. I have been a member in good standing at Northern Dunes for at least 6 years and have had no problems ever until Clark Hepburn became manager. Now along with a long list of members who have left the Dunes because of how they have been treated by Mr. Hepburn I have left to play at the Sauble Golf Club where they I am treated with respect and friendliness. Brock Urbshott and Clark Hepburn should be ashamed for doing this to me and Mike Garside does not deserve to have his position at Golf North Properties as he does not know how to deal with the public whatsoever as so obviously demonstrated here. To add insult to injury they refunded me a fraction of my membership that I paid in full last fall. I challenge them to show that they gave me any warnings and I would like to see where it says in writing that they can cancel my membership if they want and not give me back fair compensation. Mr. Garside never talked to me once about this situation before he cancelled my membership. At this point I only wish to be fairly compensated. What kind of an organization lets their employees lie about a member in order to teach him a lesson over a personal grudge, cancel his membership and then not even give them a fair refund? Is that fair or legal? Good riddance to them all."

Not very good staffing. The owner's suck they don't care to take care of there staff...

Gem of a course, awesome layout and design, smooth fast greens. I was awesomely surprised by this course.
