We had trouble with a gas fireplace and had more than one individual/company attempt to right the problem, to no avail. We were told about Ira by a neighbour, who recommended him to clean and service our two gas fireplaces and furnace. Little did we know how fortuitous that recommendation would be! He did indeed clean and service our fireplaces and furnace and our fireplaces have never looked so good but he was determined to resolve our long standing issue with the one gas fireplace. Something that others had simply walked away from. And could potentially have been dangerous. Ira is professional, polite, careful and clean and clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. He promptly sends an invoice by email and always follows up without being prompted. In other words, he runs a great business. We thoroughly recommend Ira, will use him in the future and will share our positive experience with friends, neighbours and colleagues.

I had Ira install a bbq outlet and hook up my brand new gas stove inside my house. Really nice to see someone take pride in their work. There were a couple of challenges with the stove install but Ira took the time to source the best parts and the best tools to complete. The end result meant the stove could be slid right back to the wall which is what i was hoping for. Highly recommended.

What service, lucky us but on a snowy day in Jan we called and Ira was able to come the same day to fix our gas fireplace. Service is great and his team very professional and personable.

Punctual, friendly, courteous, very tidy, extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to extend the life of expensive fireplaces.
