In a moment of desperation after an MVA at work, I turned to a friend who was a part of North Shore Law. He met with me to help me understand all of my available options and to outline how he could help take the stress of Work Safe and ICBC off my shoulders, so that I could focus on getting better. Overall, the service was good and the advice solid. I was prepared well for my examination of discovery and honestly informed throughout the entire process. All the staff involved were helpful, from the receptionist to the partners, and when I needed medical treatment, this was dealt with swiftly to minimise my time suffering. The one downside for me was that the paralegal on my case changed several times throughout the 3.5 years of negotiation and, during the switches, responses to my inquiries were slow. Whether this is the norm, or just an unlucky draw for me, I can't say. Regardless, I'd definitely recommend the practice to anyone seeking legal assistance. They are a well-established firm with the resources in place to help you get what you deserve.

Discussed by phone only with Rob McLennan a situation I have with a contractor and small claims court. Mr. McLennan was extremely helpful and assured me I handled my situation correctly. Should I find that I need legal representation regarding my situation I would definitely use Mr. McLennan as he was thoughtful helpful and knowledgeable.

A couple of years ago, I had purchased a new vehicle, and very shortly thereafter I was involved in an accident, causing substantial damage to my vehicle.  Upon review of the accident, ICBC refused to honor my claim and cover the damages.  At this point I turned to Mr. Chris Doll and his team at North Shore Law for assistance.

Chris and his team, after two lawsuits, and much time and effort, delivered a very fair and positive result to me, and I could not be happier with the outcome!  I was extremely impressed with both the manner in which Chris and his team handled the case with ICBC, and how clear and candid he was in relaying to me what was happening every step of the way.  I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is seeking assistance in dealing with ICBC in a legal matter.

Again, many thanks to Chris and his team, for everything.
