Had someone hit my car, dented it up pretty good and led to me crawling over my passenger seat to get in… very embarrassing. Especially when my neighbor’s kids point and laugh.. Gotta say the folks here did a 10/10 job fixing everything up to look brand new. They were Super quick, and super friendly. Now, I’m hoping my car doesn’t experience any more blunt force trauma but if it does I’ll certainly be back!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The car was done in the time frame they gave us and was returned to us completely cleaned inside and out. Excellence is an understatement. Not only did the lovely staff honour to fix something that failed from a repair a year ago, they also washed and vacuumed my car too! I’ve come to them for 15 years, and am pleased they’ve maintained such professional integrity.

I have a Tesla Model 3. This review would be a 1 star if not for CSN staff's professionalism and honesty. Firstly, I appreciate their technician trying 3 times, but unsuccessfully to install just a replacement fog lamp in my front bumper. I'm still stuck with the original which functions, but is not properly set in place. Secondly, the first attempt left the bumper's electronic harness unattached, so the fog lamps, heating and parking sensors all didn't work correctly when I got my car back. The obvious wasn't tested, but was fixed at the next visit. Thirdly, my car was left unlocked outside over a weekend. After the first visit, I discovered some contents of my car were stollen. Due to the staff's professionalism, they reimbursed me, but this should never have happened in the first place. This whole experience took several months of frustration. You be the judge, but I will not use CSN Elite again.

CSN Elite Xpress Collision did a fantastic job on repairing my car. The repair job is flawless. The customer service was excellent and my car was extremely clean upon pick up. Well done.
