North Maple Regional Park

What an expansive park!!! Could certainly run, hike or cycle 10k or so with roadways, footpaths & trail hikes abound! Ideal for dog walking as well. All amenities are currently closed and due to the vastness of the park, ensure appropriate attire, adequate water & food supplies. Ample parking and easy access to Hyw 400 north or south. Slippery paths & ice patches so be prepared to use caution and/or icers accordingly. Now run along!‍

Lots of crickets and butterflies in the summer time! Lovely park with a few benches for sitting, and a lovely trail on the north side.

Beautiful open park with lots of room to explore on bike or foot. Fair amount of parking and little spots for motorcycle to tuck away.

It was a perfect day in a park, there is a new big soccer field, paved trails, big umbrellas and new benches. It is perfect place to enjoy nature like trees, grass. Parking was cinvinient.

North Maple Regional Park was a great find. There is great trail that accommodates strollers, for mobile seniors and those not wanting the strenuous experience of a hike. There are paved and unpaved areas on the trail. It want very busy at 10:20 a.m. Public washrooms were open which was a great bonus.

Ongoing construction until next fall. Most trails closed thus no access to the pond.

The park is really great; nice trails, public bathrooms and water fountains, soccer fields, a large pond. My only issue is that there isn't a single sidewalk leading into the park. It's very dangerous to try and walk or cycle to outside of a car, which is sort of the opposite of how, y'know, a park should function.

Beautiful walking path for all seasons. Soccer fields are awesome and it also has bathroom facilities.

Great soccer fields, although they’re turf. The park behind is a conservation area, great for walking and biking!
