I’m still amazed at how much is included in memberships for the price! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the gym itself is very clean and the layout is nice. The space is utilized great and it doesn’t feel cramped even though it is a busy gym.they also have tons of equipment and options. Also lots of classes to choose from and the change rooms are nice and offer hair stuff. I’m very excited to start my fitness journey here after meeting the staff and joining a membership yesterday and I feel extremely comfortable asking the staff questions and for help which is new for me in a gym setting. Saunas are a huge bonus!

What a great facility! Super clean and all staff is amazing. Personal trainers are well trained and correct your posture during exercises, what I value a lot. Sunday Zumba and Yoga is my favourite group class.

I love this gym, the staff are very nice and accommodating. The ambiance, energy and classes are amazing. They have lots of different classes that I really enjoy. And Will the Manager is very hospitable, helpful and very approachable.

Great time at the gym until I had to cancel to move. Now I'm a week out of country and I've gotten another charge. Not too big of a deal, just a lot of silly miscommunication at the end. Not a bad spot to work out, just some strange staff interactions and communication.

Great use of space. They have Olympic lifting pads and at least 10 squat racks.

Jarret was an absolute legend, I broke my headphones before coming to the gym and he went and hunted down some tape so I could repair them with a quick bandaid fix. Gym staff are not usually friendly but here I’ve yet to have a less than pleasant experience with anyone

Honestly this gym & location is my favorite. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they have become such a positive aspect of my daily workout routine and visits to the gym. They are so personable and make an effort to get to know their clients. Not to mention the cleanliness & freshness of the location. The two helpers they have to keep the place running smoothly are so inviting and I appreciate the work they do. North Hill is just a great community and gym to be apart of, thanks for making my workouts much more enjoyable !!!

I have been attending this gym for almost a year now and absolutely love love love. Clean, consistent, well organized, friendly front staff! Couldn’t ask for more!

Worst gym ever!! Looks like I'm not the only one who has said this. The staff is not helpful at all, I have sent many emails and called many times and I get a different story every time. My boyfriend cancelled his membership no problem over the phone a month ago, what has changed? Was also planned a free gym bag when I signed up for referring 10 friends, never once saw that bag. Every time we go in they say they are locked up in managers office. Is there never a manager around? Save your money and go to a different gym. Not like they will let you cancel your membership anyways!

Tried signing up for the 3 days for $3, 1 hour later of orientation and tour of the facility. I found myself still sitting in an office talking about annual and cancellation fees. It's a gym and you are offering a trial, why not let customers actually use the machines and workout first before going on about all the benefits of the membership the first day. Thank you Marcel but no thanks.
