We had Nortech replace most of the windows on our century home in 2014, minus three windows in the rear of the house. We were so impressed by their work that when we were ready to do the last three windows, we called them right away. From start to finish, everyone we've dealt with at Nortech has been courteous and dedicated. We haven't had any issues at all with any of our windows. They look amazing, and keep our home SO MUCH WARMER in the winter, and cooler in the summer.
Client Testimonial: We had a our front window and door replaced and I want to thank everyone involved at Nortech from the office staff to the installation crew. What struck me the most was the professional approach from our initial inquiry from selection, to site visit to confirm requirements, the honesty about expected delivery times during the pandemic disruptions made us feel comfortable in our choice. Then came the installation with staff helping us to balance some personal issues with installer availability. I can safely say is they are focused on the needs of the customer. Installation of the window and door was like a technical ballet as the extremely skilled installers protected what needed to be protected, removed the old and installed complete with trim. As a person who has managed Property Departments and Condominiums I know good trades when I find them, if you want it done right I highly recommend Nortech.

We are VERY happy with this company! They just replaced 6 windows in the peak of our vaulted ceiling, 2 double casement bedroom windows, a single casement frosted bathroom window and 3 huge custom sliding patio doors and everything is perfect. So much so, that we are having them come back and do more windows and quote on doing a sunroom on our boathouse deck.
We just had our new sliding glass door installed off of our kitchen and I must say, the service we received was by far, second to none! The 3 gentleman that came were very professional, not to mention polite and friendly! They cleaned up along the way and made sure everything was perfect before they left....right down to getting the glue off from the stickers! I would definitely recommend Nortech windows and doors!!! Wonderful experience!!!
From measuring to installation every interaction I had with this company was great. They are under the gun to get the Green On installations done so they are working a little under pressure. The only reason I did not give 5 star is they have to come back to check a little issue I have with one of the windows. Great company and I thank you for great windows!!!
Excellent professional service from salesman Paul that came to the house, Drew who measured, Chris who helped with installation questions, Steve & Paul who installed our sunroom windows and door. On hottest day of the fall We are very happy with the finished look.
