This afternoon I had a surprise 50th birthday lunch for my best friend at Norman Rudy's. Myself and the entire were blown away. Right from the beginning when arranging with Rosanne it was such a pleasure. This woman is first class service all the way. The lunch was a huge success. The atmosphere was perfect. And the food was to die for. I even brought a burger and fries home for the hubby. Thank you to Rosanne and staff for making Melissa's 50th perfect. Highly recommend. Best restaurant in town. People in our party were from out of town and they are planning to come back for the burger.
Great atmosphere and great staff. Food was amazing as well.. drink were good however I managed to drink an entire pitcher of Sangria by myself and didn't even feel a buzz a little weak.
Have had an amazing time at Norman Rudy’s lately. They helped me host a n engagement party and it went off without a hitch. It was super fun, the servers were short staffed but absolutely killed it. The food is delicious and the drinks are great. Thank you to the GM for making accommodations for me and the staff for making sure guests were taken care of. 10/10 recommend.
I discovered this place when I stayed at the adjoining hotel. Loved the vibe and they have a huge amazing patio to sit on with a view of the mountains/forest. Loved the servers here and the kids that were helping out were so cute. When they had the roast beef dinner on the menu I drove up from the mainland just to enjoy that meal and drive back home. I hope it comes back! It melted in your mouth and I loved the way they bbqd the broccoli steak. Reminded me of my Grandpa's roast dinner. Will definitely be back regardless.
My first time in Squamish and my trip was amazing. We stayed at the executive suites in Squamish and from start to finish the service was amazing. From the hotel finding my scarf to the local knowledge of the area. Simon who works at “Norman Rudy’s” that is attached to the hotel was very friendly. He was able to help us find some good spots to eat and kept the drinks flowing. I only got to spend a few days in the are but I can’t wait to come back in snowboarding season!
We held the Sarah Burke Foundation Christmas party at Norman Rudy’s and it was the best one yet! Rosie and all of the staff were amazing!! They were so accommodating and the night was a true success! Thank you so much Rosie, can’t wait for next years!!
Probably the best bar and people in the world. Been staying here this week and the manager and all the workers are so friendly to me. And the food is honestly unreal. Wow come here and try the curry chicken pizza and the bbq wings. So amazing.
I have never been one to post reviews, but I had happen to come across this gem after having to spend the night in the hotel due to weather. Normally I drive through straight to Whistler not bothering to stop over in Squamish. Was a quiet night, weather was bad, but the server was lovely, in a good mood and fill of cheer. The food was amazing and so was the beverages. Simple, well executed and clearly prepared and served with pride. It came quite a shock to discover it was owned by Gibbons. A far and welcome departure from their Whistler tourist grabs. Normans is truly a place that is special, made the better by the staff that care!
Came in with some friends from the city. We had Bruce serve us tonight. He provided great service and was super funny and chatty. Overall great food and great drinks from the bartender. Definitely will return.
Best Patio in Squamish, but it is the staff that makes this place stand out. Professional, local, and awesome and fun. Have thrown a few events here and staff is always ready and able to do whatever it takes to make sure we are cared for, well-served, and feeling good.
