Norm's is amazing. I just called in an order that needed to be delivered within a half hour and they did it no problem with a happy voice. They're always willing to help and are so courteous. They're the only place we go to for any floral needs. Did I mention they're flowers and plants are ALWAYS beautiful!!! Great arrangements at any price.

I live in Texas and made a last minute call for Mother's Day and Norm's did an awesome job putting together flowers and made a speedy delivery. I got pictures from my mother and everything (vase, flowers, etc.) looked clean and professionally done. Very thankful for their company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs flowers delivered in the area. Thank you Norm's!

Website advertised lavender, white rose and wax flower bouquet. When I went to pick it up there was no lavender because they were out, and cheap filler flowers. Asked to have the bouquet filled in more given it was a $53 bouquet but still left unhappy with poor service. Won't be returning.

I've only had one order with Norm's, but it left me disappointed. When I arrived at Norm's I was not greeted nor acknowledged -- ok, that's fine, they might have been busy. But I waited at the counter clearly in sight of the workers and when I was eventually helped, it seemed like I was a nuisance to this person's time. All that aside, I gave the lady working a simple request: a bouquet of daisies, or flowers similar, just something that looked nice and would be "full", not sparse. I was given a price of $37.50 for my order. What I received was a vase with approximately 5 flowers in it, and a bunch of green filler. I didn't see exactly what I had received until I brought it home as it was covered. Overall, disappointment, for nearly $40 I could have went down the road to Meijer and gotten flowers 3x as nice.
