Wonderful service over the phone. It is so nice to have flower shop you can call up, order flowers, and know you will be taken care of. I will always call Heaven Scent Flowers for my floral needs in Michigan, forget the online headaches and prices.

I don't know what you are talking about when you say you have had a bad experience with this flower shop. We have been getting flowers from her for years. Nothing but exceptional quality, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service. Mrs. Harsh has been nothing but the best to my family and to the city of Coleman.

I ordered flowers a week ago to be picked up today for my father n law's funeral.. Owner lost my order slip, I had my recipt.. So she had To "whip something up last minute".. Flowers aren't even in the basket, just laying in. Full of water, dripping everywhere. First and last time I order from there... Wow.
