They do a good job but they're a little expensive.

I took my shirts and slacks into Norge Clearness based on the wonderful description on their web site. "We value our customers and take great pride in the quality of our services. We treat customer’s garments as if we are doing them for our own loved ones". I trusted the service with a few very delicate garments, with sentimental and monetary value. The shirt in question was an expensive Pendleton wool dress shirt. It was a birthday gift from my wife and worn a handful of times. I reviewed the garment tags to make certain dry cleaning was the best method and expressly mentioned to the staff that these shirts were special. The result was a returned shirt that was destroyed. I was certain that the mistake would be compensated for based on the above description. I went back and communicated the problem with the staff and showed them the result of the service. Unfortunately in making contact with the owner, Mr. Neil Brown, this was not the case. He was angry and sounded bruised that i would claim an error in his business. He suggested that I pay him a further $50 to ship my garment off for analysis and he was certain it was the manufacturers fault, even though the tag said dry clean. At this point the conversation disintegrated and Neil claimed i was wasting his time. Therefor as he bluntly stated on the phone "pick up your shirt it's not my problem". I am very disappointed in this experience and cannot endorse this company.

I am upset to learn that my husband had a poor experience with this dry cleaners. He brought his clothing to be dry cleaned and received a very good quality shrunken shirt back. He was treated poorly by the owner and told that it wasn't the cleaner's problem and had no offer of a solution or compensation. The Pendleton shirt had a dry clean only tag that my husband pointed out before it went in. I am very upset that this is the service that he received.
