HORRIBLE SERVICE/CLOTHES RETURNED BURNT. They dry cleaned my trousers and when they were returned I saw they were burnt. One of the hook was also gone. The worst thing is they didn’t even tell me about the damage when I went there to pick up my clothes. Upon checking, when I pointed out the burn to the attendant she admitted the damage happened at their dry cleaning plant. I called their plant office to talk and ask for reimbursement but the lady there was very rude and when I insisted on getting my money back and she said "whatever" and hung up on me. When I called the owner, Neil brown, to complain about the my experience, he was even more rude. Very arrogant guy. I couldn’t believe how they are still in business. Couldn't believe it. Overpriced - bad service- save yourself the time & money and go somewhere else! They are the worst drycleaners in town.

Horrible service both business and customer service. Brought in a suit on December 29th which gives them ample time to clean it. On December 30th by the afteroon I picked it up and they only had the shirt done because the power was out for a couple hours. They're response "Oh well" . Thanks for not caring after your customers or even a td saying open an hour or two later to do your job. A bunch of people with suits and tuxedos are going to be quite disappointed. I guess there's nothing you can do since they have the monopoly in the area.

how are these people still in business? when we had a house fire and our clothes needed to be dry cleaned these people shrunk and destroyed everything...things went missing, it was horrible and they never apologized once. when i took my gorgeous designer dress there (king st location once again) to remove a small stain, they assured me that it would be no poblem but when i went to pick it up the mark was STILL on the dress and they tried to charge me for it anyways. (i got it off on my own later on at home so what did they want me to pay them for??) and NOW i hear that a friend took her wedding dress to them and they absolutely destroyed it!!! she's devastated!! so once again i say how are these people STILL in business??? ugh - so disgusted...

I dropped off a suit at their depot in Minto, they returned it with large stains on it (that weren't there in the first place). Sent them back, they merely returned them in the same condition with no acknowledgement of a problem. Made a phone call to the owner, Neil Brown, who was extremely rude and defensive. He did eventually agree to refund the cost of drycleaning but would not discuss replacing the pants unless I was willing to pay for a test out of my own pocket to determine responsibility. I took the pants elsewhere (Sunny Brae Laundry in Moncton) and they removed the stains while I waited, no cost. I will not take any clothes to Bell Boy again.
