Bought my snowblower from them. Just called to have it serviced (It's Nov. 27th), and they said it would be 6 to 7 weeks before I could have it back. I thought buying locally would mean I would have someone to service my machine, but with turnaround being well into January, I am going to have to look at other options. They have a good selection, but don't buy from them expecting any sort of preferential service or care. You're in line with everyone else.
