I've been going to this particular place for many years. I have the pleasure of being one of Dr. Katie Ryan's patients. Today I asked to order some coloured contact lenses, and Dr. Ryan was so enthusiastic and helpful with finding me the right colour it's for a Halloween costume. It was so fun choosing contacts with her, she was so into it! I love being able to text with the eye doctor, it's very convenient. Thank you to the staff at the Simcoe and Waterford locations for helping me find a beautiful pair of glasses as well as some fancy coloured contacts on the side. 100% best eye doctor around.
I have not been to an optometrist in the last 8 years due to poor service and advice.I was reluctant to see anyone else. Dr. Clarke in Simcoe was recommended and I saw him today. I was WOWED with his care and patience. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and why. He knew I was very nervous and was put at ease. There was no pressure tactics. He restored my faith in Optometrists and will definitely see him again for my next appointment.nThe staff in the Simcoe office are wonderful. They are very friendly and happy and would highly recommend them for Optical Services.
