Every member of the team that I had contact with was amazing, the process went very smoothly and it was such a quick visit! I had shown up and within 5 minutes of arrival I was taken in to my appointment. Michelle was incredible, a very kind person and had answered any questions I had leaving me confident about my decision to be in Simcoe MyHealth. The staff I had been with for the test was wonderful, if I asked a question it was fully answered and I felt heard and understood as a patient. I would recommend visiting this location if possible and would give them a 10/10 if google reviews allowed me to!
I had a very positive experience. The staff are kind, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend. I will always go there for my tests.
I went to the walk-in clinic and saw Dr Tschirhart on Sat May 25 after making an appointment on May 24. He said I need x-rays of my ankle and gave me paperwork for the Simcoe Well Health Diagnostic Center and told me it was a walk-in centre with his paperwork. I went Monday morning, May 27. I was called in 5 minutes after arriving and out within 10 minutes. That timeframe is unheard of when dealing with healthcare in Ontario, normally. The staff was efficient and courteous and overall I would give it a 5 star + rating!
Friendly, organized, sympathetic, kind I was treated very well. The ladies were timely and so respectful. I actually enjoy going there.
Very efficient and friendly staff!. They made me feel so comfortable and there was no waiting time. My appointment was on time!
