It's a two story library . Kids area upstairs. Theres an elevator. There's a gamers area too. Seems cool. They have the infant hearing clinic upstairs as well.nThey had one washroom located upstairs in the children's area too.nThere's computers downstairs for public use. For a price, they print stuff. Quite expensive tho to be honest.
Called because I was having issues online finding a book and spoke to a lovely lady. She was so informative, helpful and sweet. She ended up ordering the book from another branch somewhere and explained everything to me plus some.nI was taken aback because I had just dealt with another location that just said they didn't have it. Period and done.
Hayden was our representative today when we called with difficulty signing in to our account. He was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We need more people like Hayden in this world especially now with all the conflict and negativity everywhere. Thank you Hayden!
The staff, general environment and resources are absolutely great. Along with many vast interesting books and novels, the CEO was also wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable about many topics.
