Nordtrans déménagement

It was my first move with Nordtrans and just WOW. Not only I did love their online quoting system, and day prior reminder, but the team of two, was very professional, and very fast. I moved from Montreal to Toronto 2 bedroom apart.. There was a bit of a trouble with the elevator at the new building, and they were positive, and helpful during moving time. I honestly didn't feel one bit of stress,and you'll know that's a BIG bonus. They took great care with my stuff, and were friendly. I'd definitely use them again!

Nordtrans was recommended to me by a friend. The service I received was very good, the rate was fair and service was great. I would use this company again in the future.

I was sceptical about this company after reading the recent bad reviews and let's just say that the receptionists are special in their customer service approach. The moving guys were supposed to come between 2 pm - 3 pm. They came at 4.30pm. Except from this, it was a smooth process. Move took 4.5 hours and they did the job without any help from us or friends present. I was impressed because it was their 3rd move of the day. Worth the price, I would say.

First i called NordTrans to get a quotation. I was answered by their receptionist who was really unkind. She looks like she's working there for free..she confirmed a date for my move informing me thet two dedicated movers will arrive between 4 and 6pm (which is a big time range), however on the day of the move they showed up at 6:05pm. Movers were Slow due to their small size first and because they were working since 10:00am in the morning (The movers did their best, i empathize with them) They don't accept credit card payments after 6:00pm because their kind receptionist leaves the office at the time... I definitely would not repeat..

I was referred to this moving company by a friend who swore by them. The evening before my move, I was contacted and advised that a smaller truck would be used in my move because their 20 foot truck had broken down.. The day of my move, a rusted old cube truck showed up to move my belongings... it leaked oil in 3 places in my new homes driveway. I called the company and asked to speak with a manager and described my anger. I was told that someone would phone me back... never a call back. I even contacted them by email, no response. Poor management, poor customer service, poor attitude. The movers were very polite on the other hand. If you want a headache free move- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
