Amongst the worst experience I've ever had dealing with ANYONE. First of all, they are never available to talk to over the phone, the secretary always tells you they will call back, at which point you may not be available and they leave a message for you to call them back, and you do, but they're not available. So you play phone tag for a week. Then, we arranged that I'd be available on Friday from 10am-12pm, or anytime after 2pm. They said they'd call me back, and left a voicemail two days later saying they'd come between 10 and 2. Fine, but then I am rushing back and forth in and out of the house waiting for them to show up, for nearly 4 hours, and at 2, they still weren't here! I call customer service and they say "Sorry the driver should've called you saying he'd be late. We'll call him and call you back to confirm what time he'll be coming." Fine. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting for that call, or for my furniture. $91 spent horribly.
