Often can find great deals. My "go to" for women's shoes, and also my husband's choice for shoes and athletic wear. Staff friendly enough, but they don't usually offer to find you the right size when you are in the dressing room trying clothes on.

I never have felt more uncomfortable. In returning shoes that were painful the staff was visually rude and reluctantly wanting to give me a credit and take the shoes back. I had my receipt and I was returning them in the allotted time. They looked at the shoes as if I ran a marathon in them. They were very doable to be reshelved. The manager informed me very firmly and coarse in that she would accept the shoes back and the staff Followed suit in rude behavior. Never again.

Nia, an amazing associate at the Naperville location was very instrumental in helping my sister and I with a purchase of a Tory Burch purse. Thank you Nia. I love the purse.

I absolutely love this store....sometimes too much!! I usually find some outfit that I really wasn't looking for....but just had to have. I can't say enough about the staff...so pleasant and fun to be around. This is the only store I really shop at, the rest is online. I tell all of my friends about this store.
