Lady clerks took a long while to understand what we were picking up. We had a picture of the product. The name. Model and color. And it she kept going back and forth in her backstore coming back saying they don't have. At some point 15 mins later figured out they have. Said They only had 3 (we asked 4) we asked other colors. Said no. Then usually someone loads in your pickup order. We ended up loading ourselves after waiting 5 mins alone. In the warehouse. We saw they had more of what we were asking. We were so annoyed we loaded our 3 and left. Worst service ever
