Noll ClimateCare

After researching numerous heating companies, I decided to call Noll to fix the problem with my heat. I spoke on the phone with Michelle and explained the issues that I was having and she was extremely helpful. I scheduled an appointment a few days after and Jimmy, the technician was able to solve the issue quickly. He was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and I would recommend Noll Climate Care to anybody!

Noll took our info and within hours there was a technician at our house. Simple fix but thoroughly done and cost effective. Highly recommended!

I would not provide Noll any future business again. Two years ago they installed a furnace and water heater for me. The installation work was shoddy. This weekend (long weekend) the water tank failed. I called on Saturday morning, the tech didn’t call back until Monday, by which time I’d already gotten it repaired by other means. Thanks for putting us through thanksgiving weekend with no hot water. Made cleanup after the turkey dinner real fun.

Accountability is something that is often touted by companies but rarely accomplished. Noll is a company that excels at accountability as well as excellence. They helped us work through a very difficult situation and turned it into something that ended up being quite positive. Special thanks to Kyle for arriving with an abundance of knowledge that not only solved the problem but offered a significant amount of peace of mind for my wife and myself. Ideally we have no further gas leaks but if we do; Noll Climate Care will be part of the solution needed and we will feel positive about it.
