We had an emergency situation on two occasions. Once in the winter related to our hot water on demand and just recently for our air conditioning unit. Both times Ferns Heating came out to Powassan and did an amazing job. They were professional throughout each incident and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this company. 5 Stars!!!!

I recently contracted Fern's to remove an unused oil tank from my basement. After one rescheduling, they arrived on time, completed the job quickly and neatly, and the bill was less than was initially quoted. I was very pleased with their service.

In my experience Fern's Heating is completely unresponsive to clients' request for help. I booked a furnace service, in preparation for winter, on 15 September 2014 and was told by the office staff that they were very busy and couldn't accommodate me until at least November. Although they added my name to their schedule, they have still not contacted me. It is now 08 December 2014. This is the second time in four years that Fern's Home Heating has ignored my request for service; they just don't care! Although their service staff was friendly and efficient when hired in the past, the office staff is unfriendly, unresponsive and seems to be incompetent. I will no longer deal with Fern's Home Heating. Stay away from this business.
