This visit was on August 6th, 2023, at 4:45 pm. My friend and I stumbled across Nofty's Food Truck in Hampton in the search for street meat at the request of the boys waiting at home. The small queue when we arrived moved quickly, with just one family ahead of us. Ordering was a breeze, and the food was prepared promptly. We opted for two sausages on a bun and a side of large fries. The sausages were cooked "so good" and given on a fresh bun that added to their deliciousness. This positive feedback came directly from my 3 year old nephew, who enjoyed half and asked for more shortly after. The fries were also crispy and flavorful. Clean picnic tables were readily available, providing a comfortable spot to enjoy the meal. The staff's friendliness added a touch of warmth to the experience, with the young lady at the counter being particularly polite. This hidden gem in Hampton offers a delightful blend of efficiency, delectable sausages, and outstanding fries. It's definitely worth a return visit.
Great poutine and honestly you can't beat the price! I prefer having the cheese curds put on before the gravy so that the cheese can melt, but honestly it's poutine so you can't go that wrong. The size large is HUGE and can easily feed 3 as a meal. Looking forward to trying a few other things from their menu. It can get busy in the summertime but we usually just sit down on a picnic table and chill while we wait for our order. Give them a try and support local instead of a restaurant chain.

We were so excited to get chips, but the extra large fries we ordered were pretty much all rotten/blighted potatoes. Didn't open the bag until we got home or I would have asked for another order. Super disappointing. I don't know how you can hand a bag of black fries over to a mom and her kids. I would call to ask for a future replacement but there are no numbers/emails provided on any website. Maybe they were having an off day? Definitely check your order before you drive home.
Fries were over cooked and the hamburger was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure what they put in with the burger meat but it looks like little white/beige balls. Some sort of filler? It’s horrible and I will never go there again. Used to be the place to go for great French fries. Not anymore.
Shouldn't leave your young employee by himself on a long weekend. Ridiculous! Took 30 mins + for 3 poutines. So many people asked for refunds and left.Food: 4/5
Been here 3 times so far. Food: - The fries are made the way I like, so I have no complaints there. All 3 times we've been there, the fries have been yummy and consistent. - The fried fish is also good but a little small for my liking, esp when you pay $11 and have received larger portions for the same price elsewhere. Was expecting tartar sauce but got gravy instead? The gravy was pretty good, tho. - The burger was disappointing. It was quite thin and tasteless. They don't ask you what toppings you want. You should be upfront about it despite it being common courtesy to ask if the customer wants to add toppings to their burger. Customer Service: - Customer service is hit or miss. The first two times the staff were just wonderful. The third time, it seemed like she was checked out. Price: - Pretty good price points. Overall, I'd come back for the fries and would be willing to try other things on the menu. My suggestion is to check your order before you drive off, and don't be afraid to speak to them if you're not satisfied with the food. You're a paying customer, and we also want to help a local business grow and get better so they can continue serving their community.

Went this week and were very impressed. Poutine was amazing. Lots of cheese curds and gravy was delicious. My cheeseburger was good to as I was told they make their burgers fresh and not frozen anymore. My husband got chicken wings and fries which he said were also good. Service was great and will definitely be going back!
