Top notch facility! Couldn't recommend enough! 1) State of the art equipment that is constantly being upgraded and improved. I'm been to facilities before that take AGES to repair broken equipment, but not here! So much care is taken to ensure that members get the best possible experience. 2) The staff is incredible. From the smiling faces greeting you, to the incredible trainers giving their full attention to their clients, everyone is top notch and professional. 3) Constant promotions and amazing deals on supplements. I literally don't have to go anywhere else to get the BEST supplements and the BEST price in town. Trying to keep this concise but it's truly difficult. So much more but you really have to experience it for yourself. They offer a free trial membership so you literally have nothing to lose!

Amazing gym with state of the art equipment, very clean, great staff. yoga studio is beatiful too but has had many changes in the past 2 years and am now contemplating switching yoga studios to kamloops hot yoga although the pricing is better at nlf because 1) Their experienced yoga instructors have left 2) their class offerings have been cut dramatically!! Now dont offer 6am classes and some days there are only 1-2 classes which is a real bummer :( as the instructors are really amazing. Would rather pay more money for more classes. I think this shows as classes have been much smaller recently. Have known quite a few people who have transferred to khy that being said they offer daycare which is Amazing, the gym is open 24/7 and they have a sauna steam room and smoothie bar!! On the downside they seem to have a very high turnover of trainers/staff/yoga instructors

Great place too PUMP IT UP, everybody that works at No Limits Fitness are very helpful and Awesome. Also the people that attend the fitness center are very helpful, if you have any questions about training different parts of the body.

Been going here for along time great place, great staff, great equipment and awesome atmosphere.

I love the hot yoga classes here. They have great instructors and such a great variety of classes. It is such a great welcoming atmosphere.
