I Walked around the entire store twice and the two staff there on the eve of sept 20 were completely oblivious to me. Did not look at me nor say hi or ask if I needed any help. One just kept arranging shoes and the other was shuffling papers at the til. It wasn't busy so no excuses. What horrendous customer service!

So sad it will be closed soon. I've bought many shoes from Nine West, and just got two pairs last night as souvenir. :
Going out of business. Huge sale. Everything is 30 dollars
