Normally I really like this place, however the last few times we have been in, the katsu chicken has been completely over done and burned, unfortunately so much that it left hardly any meat. I was hoping that today would be different and not burned, but it was. The rice was also kinda cold today : Might give it one more try before going elsewhere.
Ordered some chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, and a side of gyoza. Very delicious! The teriyaki was a large serving, and the gyoza were some of the best I’ve had for takeout. The katsu chicken was super yummy. The entrees came with free side salads which were crisp and good. I’ll definitely come back here again. There is room to eat inside but it’s a relatively small restaurant. I recommend calling ahead to speed up your pick up time!
I order from here quite often. Today I ordered chicken teriyaki instead of my usual katsu. When I p/u my order and got home. I saw that it was NOWHERE NEAR what it should've been. No teriyaki sauce at all! I called to let them know and asked for a credit for next time. Instead I was told that I needed to come back and show them what I received. I asked to send a picture instead. Which I did and never heard back. I got more lip service than I did customer service. Ichi Teriyaki is right down the street from you and now my new place to order. Check your order before leaving! Read your reply. No voice message left from the number I text photos to. How was I to know you were calling if no message was left?
I ordered veggie fried rice and it's basically cabbage over white rice. Disappointing and total waste of my money. Won't be back.Food: 1/5
This has been my favorite teriyaki in Bonney lake for years but the last few times I’ve ordered the rice has been so mushy I couldn’t eat it. Just hoping it improves love you guys but I think it’s something that needs to be addressed will try you guys again in the future hopefully with a different experience. Thank you
Place is clean and the customer service is friendly. Food portion are more then fair And taste is very good I got more then what I was expecting
It was my favorite place. It was not until 10 minutes ago that he started eating a dish. Almost halfway through the dish I found hair and that became unpleasant and it didn't give me more appetite. On the contrary, it was very disgusting, I went with the woman at the counter and told her about that matter and she did not apologize or offer me a refund. I'll think twice about going back to this
Went there for a date and the grounds had missing paint and scratches everywhere, there was also food all over the ground under our table, and on top of that the food was very fatty which is kind Of understandable I guess but there was FACIAL hair all over the food and even the cupsthat were styrofoam had hairs and dust in it. I’ve never been so grossed out at a Restaurant let alone a Chinese food one because those are always aesthetic and yummy, but this ruined our whole night. Never going there again

The flavor on the teriyaki sauce is pretty good, but aside from that everything we ordered was terrible. The rice was so overcooked it was like a paste, the gyoza were burnt and half formed, and the crispy chicken was as soggy as it can be.
