0 Customer service. With all the unsatisfied customers on the rise you guys should just close down and do yourself a favor.
Why is it so difficult to speak with someone on the phone? Terrible online services as well. I will never bank or do any business with this terrible company. Too many issues to count.

Worst bank in Canada they only have one branch in entire Toronto i lost my debit card and they said I have to request new one through phone call so what the purpose of opening a bank if u can't even issue card to ur client

Our company uses Staples preferred managed by Desjardin and they've already lost our account payments for the second time. There is a lot of disorganization, and they constantly want you to reprint cheques for them.
Very Rude and poor customer service. they said why don't i just do business with my local bank. No surprise their branches in Ontario are all closing.
I deposited the check but my money is a hold five day and I call customer care ask me I don’t know what happened? You call your branch and I’m call branch call I don’t know you call customer care????? not in good service
