Ken is terrible. Tellers are terrible and lazy, tried closing an account and they told me to just let it drain and expire... what bank does that. Head office needs to look into this branch I know it’s in Chinatown but that’s not how a bank should operate. They are shameless

Worst banking experience. Unprofessional rude staff. Had an awful service with Ken from the Spadina branch who decided to hang up the phone on my face. Went for a service left closing all bank accounts with them.

Staffs are very helpful. I was served by Brain and he understands my needs.

Teller was extremely helpful with resolving my urgent issue

I can’t wait to close my HSBC MasterCard account. What an inconvenience to try to pay this card down and access services.

My experience has been very good so far. Everything I needed has been done in time, with respect and attention that I lacked in other banks.

Bank clerk was a bit rude in how she addressed me and the English of the staff here is awful. Hsbc branches in Toronto do not seem to be equal opportunity employers either. Seems a bi dodgy. Nothing like this in the UK. Pretty shocking experience in Toronto. May need to raise with hq.
