Nikki's Nails & Spa

I have been going here for several years. I have always received friendly service. The new owner is especially energetic about providing good customer service. I would give it 5 stars if she offered an extended service that provided extra attention to the cuticles on a pedicure, extra work shopping the toe nails, foot mask and hot towels. Basically, a 60 min. pedicures. That would be worth the extra money occasionally.

I had heard good things about Julie's Nails, however when I went in for a quick manicure I was very disappointed. The technician seemed annoyed that I was there. I had a manicure just 10 days before and she seems bothered by the cuticles. She cut them very short and hurt me several times. When the manicure was over, I went to dry. Someone had put a magazine under the drying counter and I accidentally hit my wet nails on it since I couldn't see it. The technician was annoyed and huffed about having to fix my nails! Then the lady across from me put the magazine on my nails AGAIN when she left. I was so disgusted by the service I already received that I didn't ask to have my nails fixed (since she didn't fix them right the first time). I have never had an issue with smudging my nails before and I have never been treated with such poor customer service. Not to mention…. their manicures are $3 more than nearby competitors that treat their customers with care.
