Great place to get a nice massage it was a very happy place
Ths massage itself was fine, however the customer service was terrible. After a one hour massage, the massage therapist complained about my $15 tips. The massage therapist said to go to other places if I can't tip well. Well now I go to Knead Relief for better theraphy and customer service. Holly spa was one of them worst experiences at a spa in Binghamton.
Agree with J. . Tips is volanterily donation for doing good job. You can't just demand tips. Some chinise just getting boldheaded. There is European countries where nobody tip but Americans : becouse they get paid by job they do. If you don't like job and salery -just leave
This place needs to be investigated. Sorry boys. Gross!!
