This place is awesome. If you've never had frozen custard before go try a concrete. You won't be disappointed

Don't buy a concrete ice cream here its one of the worst ice cream I ever tired. The one in Bountiful is so much better... It's a night and day difference. Won't return here ever again

So disappointing!! The bountiful location is amazing, but for some reason this location is the worst!! Raw chicken sandwich, runny custard, and always out of chocolate custard. Honestly such a shame they can’t get it together.

Working here was great! I worked here a few years ago and honestly had a great time it was a great high school job if anyone needs a job I would 100% apply for Nielsen's!!!! Also the caramel oreo concrete is the best :

I used to work at Nielsen’s and tonight we paid a visit. The food is fantastic as always but I am so confused as to why they stopped serving food so early. When I worked there if someone came at 9:59 and ordered a corn dog they got their corn dog. I’m so sad about this. But I will always be a loyal Nielsen’s customer!

Everything is good, but I go there for the concretes.  Yum-O!  Frozen custard.  Several flavors.  Chocolate malt is my favorite.  Extra malt.

This place has the best frozen custard. I love when you ask for a double scoop add-in, they don't skimp. Seriously the best!
