Really fantastic practice. Professional, compassionate, skilled. I have the smile I've always wanted thanks to these good folks.

The people here have taken great care of me for years,and my brother and his kids as well. Dr. Nicholson and my hygienist, Jenn, put me at ease with humor and genuine concern.My grip on the armrests in the dental chair has loosened over the years,and THAT is saying something!

Terrible practice - typical "extract money from patients" attitude. Sure, the staff is friendly (mostly). Do yourself a favor and find a dentist that is concerned about the well being and concerns of their patients - not their own pocket.

I was towed from this dentist's parking lot on a Sunday. I parked to put this in a GPS for my parents who recently moved to Portland and were going to go here for their dental care since it is close to their house. After adding it to the GPS, I went to Starbucks to get a coffee. I was gone for 5 minutes. I came back and my car was towed. I called the dentist's office on a Monday and told them that the tow company told me to have the dentist's office call them so they could refund my money. The dentist's office told me they would call me back. No one called me back and no one called the tow company. Needless to say, my parents will not be patients here because Nicholson dental is in cahoots with Retriever towing, a rogue towing company. It cost me over $230 to get my car out. My car was at the tow lot for less then 20 minutes when I showed up to pick it up. What a horrid practice to have cars towed on a day the office is closed and especially when I was marking it in a GPS. Well, you lost 2 new patients. I am sure you will lose many more.
