I have had very good experiences at Emergency Dental I actually made my appointment on line which worked well but they did have to call me to change my 10 am to just 1/2 hr after that to 10:30am. This was not a big deal but I had a higher blood pressure so the dentist felt after the same reading 3 times to not risk having any work done. I commend the dentist for not risking having any teeth extractions, he gave me a scrip for antibiotics and something for my pain, and I was asked to come back in a week. I have had 2 knee replacements and am always concerned that I will get infections so I am very pleased with the nurse and the Dr. for making me wait a week. I did have 2 teeth extracted they came out very fast but, getting the novacain shots I think my nerve was hit either that or there was so much inflation the shot sent me through the roof. All in all it all worked out and I am so ready to get my dentures fitted come the first of the year. Thanks for the help Emergency Dental!!

They were very nice and patient. I am glad I know somewhere to go if needed on the weekend when other dentist offices are closed. They could use some music and maybe pictures to help distract us patients who are scared of the dentist. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

I loved my experience with this clinic the doctor and the staff were welcoming I got a root canal the same day and it was fast with minimal pain. Loved that they had payment plans as well for those without insurance. I will be back and would highly recommend.

One of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I was in pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled. Told by two other dentists in Portland that it could not be saved. Made an appointment online because I called several times but no answer. Received confirmation email that appt was scheduled. Showed up to check in for the appointment and was told I was not on the schedule but they checked me in anyway. Long story but dr gave me 2 shots and immediately started the extraction. He said the local anesthesia was instant. Then he started to pull out the tooth. I've had 4 extractions, I know how the pressure feels but I could feel my nerve! He said that was not possible and gave me a topical ointment. Continued and finally got the tooth out. Today is day 5, I'm in so much pain I called them to see if I could see the dentist. No answer. Two emails and no response. No emergency answering service! They took my $$ though! Now I'm going to see another dentist tomorrow and pay more money. Sad I was hoping not to have these problems. The tooth felt better before the extraction!! Still no response. Don't do it. Go somewhere, anywhere else!

I called them at 1030 and was in the chair by noon. They accessed the problem and worked out a payment plan that fit my budget. Everyone was nice and professional, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
