Nice One Nail

I paid for a full set of gel nails manicure and the manicure part was skipped. The nail tech did not touch my cuticles and didn’t even clean off the nails. This image is from 24 hours later and even after I showered / washed my hands several times. The tech didn’t understand the design I was asking about and redid the paint 3x. At that point I was already nearly 2 hours in and couldn’t stay any longer to see if she would finish the job and manicure my hands. I was waiting to see when my cuticles would get touched and they never did so I got frustrated and left . This is not a manicure and I’m unhappy that I paid $60+ tax for wrecked hands.

I personally had a great experience at this salon. Jen was my nail tech and really took her time and was very detailed oriented. I showed her a couple of designs i liked and incorporated them into my nails perfectly. Everyone here is very friendly and I was overall quite happy with my service! Their prices are very reasonable, this is definitely one of the more affordable places i’ve been to. I will happily come back regularly to get my nails done here!

I agree with many customers on different levels. All I had there was Shellac, twice. The first time, the coverage was good but not the technique. The base started chipping after one week. But i wanted to give it another chance and I went today for a change in color. First, the lady didn't remove completely all the old shellac. Second, the coverage was not good and it's a dark red color, even after 4 coats you could slightly see stripes. Third, there were air bubbles. I've been to a few other salons and I know it can be done a lot better.Services: Nail polish changes

Pretty good place if you’re looking for something basic . Anna did my shellac nails on natural nails and she did a good job wish the place was a bit more clean but she still did great

I got my manicure and gel polish done here a week ago. The only positive about this place is that Kim was able to take me without an appointment on a busy Saturday. The manicure itself was very bad, Kim didn't push the cuticle at all, when buffing the top of the nails she was very rough, I had a few cuts and in general the whole process was very painful. The nail polish application was very messy, not accurate at all, there is some pooling at the base of the nail as you can see on the pictures. There was a little piece of hair stuck in the nail polish, which she "fixed" it by adding more layers on top. Because of the poor application one week later my gel polish has already started chipping of. I did complain to Kim about the quality of her work, however she still charged me full $30 and told me to come back the following day to redo it for free. I am not trusting anyone at this salon with my nails again even for a free redo.

Took my niece here for her birthday and they did an excellent job. Jane did her nails, we highly recommend her!

I just went out from the salon, and I received very bad service, I never ever experience this kind of service. They are so rude to customer , don’t know any any communication skills, they don’t give time and any suggestions to front person who is paying money and do not know anything how to treat people even do not how to do it even looking from picture and do not know how to do nail art seriously. Bad service.

I got a shellac pedicure done. Horrible service. The next day Color came out.they charged $70 for this.

The place is really clean and the staff are very friendly! I go here to get my pedicure done and I’m always satisfied with their work!

The worst nail salon you could go. They are not hygiene. Please be careful specially now that we are in pandemic. I went there and got manicure. 24 hrs after my finger started getting sweallen. Every few hours it was getting bigger and bigger and more painful. I went to Dr and they said the accessories they used to do manicures was not clean and my nail got infected. The infection took 15 days to go away. Do not go here. P.s i got nail police and after 48 hrs all came off.they dont even do a good job there. It’s a waste of ur money
