Nicastro's Italian Food Emporium

Excellent selection of deli meats, cheese, sauces, pasta as well as specialty foods and ingredients. Hadn't been here in years but now that we have moved back to the area this will be a regular stop. A must for any and all Italian ingredients.

Had a sandwich for lunch. It was so much better then Subway. 3 different types of meat, with sundries tomatoes, and spicey pickled eggplants.

Good variety of Italian imported products. Nice selection of cold cuts and cheese as well as freshly prepared takeout foods. Packaged products are costly.

Truly Italian items and food. When doing antipasto platters I love to get my meat from them. What a treat to be able to go and pick what you need. Homegrown from ottawa small business!! Supporting you!!

I coming for the sandwiches. The best Italian sandwiches. $6 a sandwich. You can't go wrong! Ask the grandma to make you sandwich she's the best. Feed you like you're her own kid.

I really liked going to Nicastros specifically for the greek products but now that it closes at 4pm it makes it impossible to go. Many stores decreased the hours for the pandemic and I am in full support but 4:00 PM is a little over board. Mid east and Adonis carry the same products so now I'm going there.
